Locally made sausage from a local fish market – you can support TWO local businesses for the price of one package of sausage! And all from the comfort of your own home – what’s not to love?

Azar sausage has been diligently made and sold in Jax, Florida since 1954, and is currently run by the third generation of Azars!

We presently have the following delicious varieties of Azar Sausage in 14oz packages available:

The Andouille sausage is a personal favorite of ours – it is the sausage of choice for our own custom boils. While it isn’t spicy, it’s cajun, and it’s got the zest you’re looking for in a low country boil. It’s also our go-to for gumbo! The mild and hot varieties are as described – classic smoked sausage with a mild or hot kick! The jalapeno & cheese variety will certainly have a kick as well, with a nice cheesy finish! We will ship your package via FedEx Overnight. Your package will arrive to you the next day once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends or holidays because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of the Gel Packs. 

  • Orders placed on Monday will ship same day if placed before 8:00 AM ET.
  • Orders placed Tuesday thru Thursday will ship same day if placed before 12pm ET.
  • Orders placed on Thursday after 12pm thru Sunday will ship Monday, with the following exception.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or FPO or APO addresses. Currently we are able to ship only to continental US addresses.

Storing your Fresh Catch product:
Fresh seafood should be transferred to a refrigerated environment upon receiving and consumed or frozen within 2-3 days. Any seafood received frozen should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.

Best Practices For Thawing Seafood:
The best way to thaw frozen seafood is to remove the product from the original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the product into a non-vacuum sealed bag and placing it under cool running water for around thirty minutes to an hour.
